Just create a list of items which you want to try to buy with each item name on a line. So, for example, you would have something like:
Plushie Poogle Morphing Potion Wraith Korbat Morphing Potion Darigan Draik Morphing Potion Water Draik Morphing Potion
Then you just import it into the program.

That will be because of your location. Because you're so far away from Neopets' servers it takes you longer to buy items than it does for people located closer to America. You should still be able to buy items but you'll probably have quite a lot of misses because of that.

Another determination is your program settings. Since you're not advanced, you can't change the delay settings and AFAIK the default ones are fairly high.
