It won't be anything to do with the program, its very safe, none of your login info is stored here. Someone could have compromised your account elsewhere, like a CGer etc

Are you sure you don't have the settings configured to store restocked items in your shop or SDB during your item management step?

I checked my SDB, shop, shop history, shop till, etc.
So I don't know where else it could of gone.

This happened sometimes. The only thing you could guess is that the item was stolen by some random events, which were not recorded by AB.
And you should keep your mind to always put some junks to prevent some evils steal the expensive items.
I have ever met this situation several times though.

Alright. I understand that it could of been unrecorded REs, but I just find it a strange coincidence that all the most expensive items in the inventory were missing and everything else was left untouched.

If you're certain that the program has not sequestered the items somewhere that you have forgotten, then it seems most plausible that your account has been compromised somewhere else.
