When I hit start it says its initializing and then gives this error!

That usually happens either when the server is being a bit patchy or if your connection/proxy is a bit unstable.

do you know how to fix the proxy thing? it works on my laptop but not desktop.

No.. It was working great on here until I moved the other day and now it won't.
