I'm trying to use Abrosia for the first time ever today, but as soon as I hit the start button, I got this "Unable to download shop info from neocodex" error. Is there a way to fix this?

Are you using a proxy? Sometimes if the proxy is a bit unstable it can cause problems with pages not loading properly.
