Hi. I've been playing Neopets for eight years, and only started cheating about a year ago. About six months ago, I was frozen. I wasn't frozen for cheating, instead I was frozen for making accounts with inappropriate names and using multiple accounts to earn Neopoints. The accounts in question had (REMOVED) in their names, which I didn't know was offensive, and I made them so rapidly that I never noticed they were being frozen. I never used multiple accounts to earn Neopoints, and I really want my accounts back, but TNT never gives them back. About once a month, I finally get some replies, but they only told me they can't give me my accounts back and that they're closing the ticket. No matter how much information I give, it is the same thing. I've contacted the BBB about this (Neopets already has a rating of F), and I was wondering if I'll ever get my accounts back, and what I should do next. Thanks.

EDIT: Account names have been removed in case anyone is watching...

You've got no chance of getting the accounts back because they have offensive names. They haven't done anything wrong and you weren't unfairly frozen.

I don't mean those accounts. I mean my main accounts. I had a few accounts that I had used for years that had innocent names. Every account I ever used on my IP address was frozen. Even my sister who doesn't even live in this state anymore got frozen.

If you had more than one main account then you've broken the rules by doing that too. :/ I think a chain freeze is understandable in that instance.

Sorry. I mean't that I had a main account, and a couple of side accounts. My side accounts never interacted with my main.

If they were ever on the same IP, then that's all the evidence TNT needs.

I never even knew that the account names were against the rules, and I never used multiple accounts to earn Neopoints. The freezings were not related to cheating in any way.

Even if you do have a case, TNT's ticket system is so warped, you probably won't get your account back any time soon.

My advice is to just start over.

Yeah... That's probably the best option. I'm busting out the score senders. My cheating in past years was simply the occasional autobuyer or AOB, but now I'm getting serious.

You could always try appealing on the basis that you didn't know the account name was offensive. I think you can request for them to shift everything you owned onto another, new account. They do that sometimes, but the chances are slim. Just restart, it'd probably be easier.

SSing is very risky if you don't know what you're doing and just plugging in random digits (like high scores and small, unrealistic times). Abing is the safest way to get np.
