Uninstalled...reinstalled same message.

program tries to get updates from server, and pops up a message to check the log. This is what it says.
I use no proxy and nothing has changed from any setting I've used before. My account works and has no problems on neopets.\

And you don't have a firewall or anti-virus or anything else which could be blocking the connection?

I have no idea what would be causing this.

Is this on a residential internet connection where you are an admin user on the computer? We need way more details.

only computer on residental connection. am administrator. Firewall and virus protectors still same as programs before.
