Had a good scan through the forums and noticed a lot of guides on how to create AB lists for Abrosia, my question is though, what are the benefits, or the difference from just using the default lists?

Manual lists are mainly beneficial for non-Advanced members (as they let them select the shop they want to buy in rather than being put in random shops), most Advanced member just use the database lists I believe.

The program will only buy the items on the list.
If you set it to a profit mode, it'll buy anything that will make at least that much of a profit.

As an Advanced Member you also get access to the Restock List generator section in the Item Database if you decide that you want to try creating your own lists to use:
