It should tell you right where it tells you you're frozen what they consider scamming.

That's what I supposedly did too. I'm still in the process of appealing, as I have been falsely accused of wrong doings

Generally that could mean you bought/sold neopets, accounts, NC/NP, anything.. They have a pretty broad idea of what scamming is.
I wouldn't over think it.

Must be REALLY broad if they're accusing someone of doing nothing wrong then (in my case)

I was loaned 2Million from a friend! Maybe? And I was haggling with someone for the golden shoryu book and I first offered 10M plus 2 other retired books for it! and then I said I made a board and told them the most I would offer is 10M! And so they accepted the 10M offer! So I bought it and then I sold it for 3m! I am not sure what I did! I sent in a ticket cause I had spent over 1000 dollars of Neocash! Any thoughts of them being more leanent because you spend real money? And I was a preminum member for months!

Yeah they will especially if you can prove how much you've spent.
