As I am sure most of you know Bing is still promoting use of using its search engine over google's and in exchange they're giving you Bing Reward Points. Once you have enough points you can trade those in for stuff like Amazon gift cards or microsoft points.

If you've not started doing it then all you have to do is go to Bing.com or you can sign up using my referral link: Yung's Shameless Referral Link

Anyway... the reason I'm bringing it up is because it's finally giving more relevant search results than google is so it's time to switch to using it simply to get the reward points. They're giving you free money to use their search engine which is working just as well as google.

Now don't get me wrong... I'm a google man. Free money is free money though. Take advantage before they stop doing it.

Has anyone else been using the Bing Rewards? If so do you have any tips to earning more? Do you use bots or scripts for any of it?

EDIT: I would like to add that if you're interested in earning for Neocash or anything else available through Neocodex then you should look no further than our own store as we have our own SuperRewards going. You can find the surveys and stuff HERE.

Bing also got caught red-handed stealing Google's search algorithms a while ago.

I botted Bing rewards back in 2007 when it was called Club Live. I ordered a bunch of shit but only got a zune case and some shirts. I know people who made it out with tons of Zunes and windows 7 ultimates they returned for ~$400 store credit.

And after that their search results were far off base. Now they're on track again, don't know the cause but I know it works.

    really?

Yup yup. Play the Bing-It-On game a few times, you'll see.

Seriously? Was it that easy to abuse it?

I remember that too. The games were stupidly unrewarding for the time involved so it got hacked almost immediately and constantly. I never got anywhere because I didn't want to risk it for an Xbox. Also if I remember right, there were rumors that it was mathematically impossible to legitimately obtain the points for some high-end reward or another, but I never found out if that one was true.

The people who got in the first 6 months flew under the radar by using macros and benefited greatly. Then people made scoresenders for it and MS took drastic measures to crack down on cheating.

IIRC the best prize was an xbox but each account could only max out each game once and one game was glitched. The results was the most points you could obtain per account was a few thousand shy of the xbox so people bought zunes instead.

On joining and looking at this stuff, the rewards themselves are pretty small (the biggest amazon credit is five bucks? What?) but the point amounts to reach them are similarly low. Even so, the only really interesting thing is the potential for a general discount on xbox points and such. Meh.

My go-tos are MyPoints (message me for invite, though I don't expect anyone will) and Erewards. So far I've earned a couple hundred bucks for amazon and starbucks through them, and they don't require me to do anything except click email links and take surveys. Most of them take less than five minutes that I would otherwise only be spending dicking around doing nothing anyway so I don't feel like I'm wasting time.

I've played this thing where it was a side-by-side comparison of google and bing (kind of like the Pepsi Coke Drink test).

Only 1 of my searches resulted in Bing winning. The rest were all google.

Never was a fan of using Bing, never will be.

Bing won a surprising amount for me, but then, I feel like the results aren't really accurate since I wasn't trying to find a specific thing about the keywords I used.

Oh, irony, I found the rewards signup page faster by googling it than I did by looking around Bing's main page. (it's bing.com/explore/rewards, if you were wondering)

Not enough swag detected for the extra 70. I wouldn't worry about it.. too much.

Yeah but for the countries that it does work for it can be a good way to waste a little time and earn some incentives.
