I think he wasn't aware you could scratch off four of a kind. Usually once you scratch three of a kind you can't continue to scratch.
It just takes you to the winner page. This has happened to me before too, just a common glitch, no biggie

I've scratched 5 snowballs before on the ice one o3o kinda threw me off, lol.
