Hey, this is Nymh. Joe wanted to make a topic and he asked me for my help writing it, so I was like, "Oh this will be fun I will just write it on his account and try to sound like him hehehe"
So without further ado, you idiots:
You are all stupid, but I want your help with this. One of my hobbies is to make homemade ice creams and sorbets, and Nymh and I aspire to open an ice cream shop one day. Our approach to ice cream is unprecedented, because no one else is smart enough to figure it out. We are using a modernist cooking approach, using cooking techniques akin to what you would find in a science laboratory. You may be familiar with the work of Ferran Adria or Heston Blumenthal. To begin documenting the trials, successes and likely failures of our ice creamy journey, I want to start a blog. I am looking for ideas on what to name the blog and/or shop. If you contribute, you might not suck as much as I think you do. But you probably do.
Now I'm going to watch Adventure Time with my family, then go have a picnic in the park and go shopping, because my life is awesome.
