I am inept when it comes to making delicious things.

Joe thought he was when he came here too and the next thing I know we're eating stuff like apple pear sorghum sorbet and peanut butter banana ice cream. I guess you just have to find your passion/inspiration?

Why are you doing this to my tummy ;n;

I like making candles. That's my thing.
I've always been "okay" at baking so you never know.
But those foods sound orgasmic and I think it would be a while before I could perfect something like that.

This is America. Foetuses are hella hard to get your hands on :(
Maybe when we're established in the business, we'll be able to afford such exotic ingredients.

Uh. Actually... that's not a terrible idea.
We could line the walls with bookshelves and have a "bring a book, take a book" kind of dealio.
And also a premium shelf behind the counter. Or something.

I also question how many Kentuckians would touch Tamarind & Forbidden Rice Ice Cream with Squid Ink unless it's battered and fried.

We missed a few varieties, as they were out: Trefoils, Lemonades, Savannah Smiles, Dulche de Leche and Thank You Berry Munch ;_;
We will return!

Is battering and frying not too boring?

Depends on the batter, oil and technique :p

We are a long way off from planning that out :p

*Dulce?

Yes, that. And no, not technically.
Dulce de Leche won't be its own flavour, it'll be a part of a terrine with two other cookie-inspired flavours. We're still thinking about the mixes. Two flavours will be dumped, since we can only do three lots of three flavours.
