0.01 for all setting but leave your general wait times alone.

That's the main drawback with being so far from TNT's servers, there's a naturally high level of latency which has been a pretty big disadvantage to non-North America users ever since Neopets was first started. :/

I'm also from Australia and get a constant 290 ping to the Neopets servers. Even with almost 0 wait times, I can't seem to break 2500ms buy times... Abing for around 4-5 hours a day only nets me around 100k profit.

what you both can do is use a VM that's located in the USA "windows  azure"

    http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/

That is very simple. if it is not available in Australia yet go though a proxy to set it up and than use remote desktop to connect to it.

Also don't use the best machine you can make. the free period is based off the compute hours so the lower the machine the more time you have.

you could try a proxy closer to the actualy neopet servers, i know this works from some mmo's i play.

the normal connection is really bad with 700ms pings. but when i connect to a boston proxy first that ping will drop as low as 250ms.
