I haven't been on this in a while and started over on Neopets I was wondering if its still okay to purchase an older shell to AB from someone with neopoints. I made a brand new account so its very hard to AB or be a restocker in general because I can't see any of the rarer items. I'm not sure if this is a new rule on here or not yet. Thanks!

of course but you need to have an access to trading post first... not sure about the term for trading post..maybe one week member and 10 post
