Can anyone confirm whether or not the FFQ is currently bugged and will not change pet colour, while still taking away fountain access away once used? Heard rumours floating around, but don't want to risk losing my FFQ before I'm sure. Thanks

It has officially been fixed, TNT made a post on twitter about it, it's up on SN as well.

Do the people with ruined FFQs just send in a ticket then to get theirs back? Or has TNT fixed that for them too?

Directly from SN:
"There seems to be a glitch happening with the Rainbow Fountain where the colour changes are not being applied to your Neopet.
If you have an unused Fountain Faerie Quest you might want to wait a little until this gets resolved before you paint you pet.
UPDATE: The glitch has been fixed and the Fountain is working properly. Those of you who had a glitched paint job, you should be able to paint your pet now."

Regardless of what this said I had two accounts that did not get fixed that I've submitted tickets for.

Glad that I didn't use FFQ during the glitch period. It's quite troublesome and difficult to get replies from TNT tickets.

Undoubtedly so. I'll probably get a response in 5-6 months saying that it's been too long and nothing can be done.
