My suspension just ended and I tried to log in but it won't take me anywhere. After waiting a very long time it just goes to the 'This page cannot be displayed' (I'm on IE)

I've went on my phone and used the mobile browser (safari) and I noticed that in the address bar, it tried to load /suspension and /silenced repeatedly. After a while Safari stops trying and it gives the error: Safari cannot open the page because too many redirects occurred. I guess that I was silenced and suspended at the same time :ohwell:

Can someone please help me with this? I've waited very long for an *unreasonable suspension (as most of the silences/suspensions on neopets are) and now I can't even get on. Once I try to log on I need to clear my cache/cookies in order to view the main page or visit anywhere else on neopets.

Other users have been similar issues. It's yet another problem with the site.

    Have to change browsers UGH

I've tried on safari as well. IE just didn't tell me what the problem was. But safari did

I don't even know which category to file the ticket under. I feel like account activation may be wrong but they wouldn't care enough to look at warnings/suspensions. And It's the weekend

It's the end of the weekend. They'll be back in the morning.

Account Activation is close enough of a related issue that should be fine.

For the record though use Chrome or at the very least FireFox.

I've tried on over 4 browsers. There's nothing special about chrome or firefox that will fix this.

I believe you need to submit a ticket. Somebody had the same issue here.
