I assumed it was a lyric from Mr.Boombastic. Also, Perchant is a term for a small bird, tied by foot, to serve as a decoy to other birds.

That definition of perchant almost makes your initial sentence make sense:
Your babies will be an abomination. Posh and savage? Musically gifted but having a small bird, tied by foot, to serve as a decoy to other birds for pies and fighting!
Good to protect my pies from birds I guess.
