Like specifically the neopian petpet shop? I heard the tyrannian one is high risk because of krawks.

I really don't think TNT monitors the tyrannian petpet shop (or any petpet shop for the matter) because

 

1. Petpets are VERY HTS, even the popular ones

2. Krawks are easier to obtain now 

 

If I had to guess, any petpet shop has just as the same surveillance as Tiki: none. Just remember when you're ABin in unpopular shops to make space by buying some items or else items won't restock.
