[Ninjahappenings]

So far, I've been hooked on the up coming releases for both the new systems and Pc. 

 

The first one I am looking forward to is Final Fantasy: A Realm Reborn for Pc and of course the ps3/ps4. I hope it is nothing like 14 although the game developers said that they had renovated the game from top to bottom, lets hope its worth the while as they are charging additional monthly fees like World of warcraft had (now free to play I think)

 

As for xbox one and ps4 the game titles that I am looking forward to are:

Kingdom Hearts 3

Final Fantasy 15 (I just hope its not like 13)

Battlefield 4

Destiny

But definatley not Call of duty XD (unless I get dragged into buying it)

 

Which games are you looking forward to and why? Are any of you getting any of the new generation consoles this coming holiday?

 

You can mention games for handhelds as well. Although I don't own any

You can play for "free" up to a certain level. You still have to buy most of the expansions and pay monthly to get all the content.

No, I'm not high but I think the whole console war thing is a bit too farfetched. I think its a bit too early to say that the consoles have very little games as they haven't even been released. I do understand that a lot of people are sticking with ps3 and xbox 360 though and some of the things they are offering on the new gen are not much different at all.

 

Those games specifically are the ones I look forward to the most since. As for the FPS games, I've only recently gotten into them.

I still never finished Kingdom Hearts 1 or 2.  I've got some catching up to do.

 

August is a good game month for me. Looking forward to Saints Row IV and Mario & Luigi: Dream Team.

Always been a fan of Saints Row and this one seems to have a lot packed into it (powers, weird weapons, etc) so I can't wait. I really enjoy farting around (free roam) so the powers/weapons will be fun during that in addition to the story line when I feel like really playing.

As for the Mario & Luigi one, I've enjoyed the past ones so I hope this one is just as good.

 

 

Seems like it took forever to wait for Luigis Mansion Dark Moon & Animal Crossing New Leaf but I've been enjoying those very much and hopefully the next two games I get will be just as good. 

 

Funny you made this, I was looking at trailers for Saints Row earlier getting all excited. 

 

I don't plan on getting the new PS4 or Xbox (?) anytime soon. I got my Xbox 360 & PS3 not too long ago (about a year now?) and have been taking it easy with games. Though I'm "behind the times" on it, it seems to make it easier on my wallet. I forgot about Kingdom Hearts so I will be buying those. Those and the games in August will hold me over for a while.  I'm also enjoying Fable 3 at the moment, so if a 4 is coming out anytime soon I'll look forward to it.

In my opinion, The saint's row franchise took a turn for the worst in number 3. number 4 looks like a glorified expansion. Xbox One has recently rescinded its drm policy, but I still don't trust microsoft. I'm more geared towards the ps4, but it doesn't quite have the lineup ready at the moment

Yeah, Microsoft hasn't been trustworthy at all, I am wondering if it is part of their marketing or what. . .

I still like Saints Row. Idk, just always seemed like a more free GTA. I like weird stuff in my games. Especially a mix of stuff.

I like having variety in games as well. Although sometimes the classics from Playstation and Nintendo 64, especially playstation just don't beat the newer games even though the graphics were blocky. In my honest opinion its not the graphics in the game that make a game good its the option to engage in dialogue, so mostly a good story and plenty to do within the game itself.

How does it not have a lineup ready? Most of the top AAA games are going to be released for both the PS4 and XBone.

Destiny and Titanfall look promising. Watch Dogs and The Division are definitely launch day purchases if I get a PS4

Oh I agree with that for sure. I still play my N64 games more then any of my stuff. xD After all these years, nothing beats Star Fox 64 for me. Played/Beat it 1,000,000 times but still love playing it (different courses to take too). I'm behind on games like I said so usually better graphics weird me out. I'm like this is too real.
