Someone just changed my password. Is there really any way I can save my account at this point?

try sending the password to your email quickly. If not, then you're going to have to make a ticket and make it REALLY reasonable as to why someone else got your password...obviously don't tell them you logged into a fake ABer....

Check if they changed the email, use the forgot password link.
If they didn't you can change the pw back,

If they did change the email: use the report link (click where it says "report this message" on a post on the neoboards, then just change the stuff to suit your needs. Just say your account was stolen and they'll freeze it, use a side for this, since your account isn't accessible) it'll get the account frozen for protection. Also, send a ticket in.

Oh clear your cookies as well, since pw info is stored in a cookie.

I'm curious as to how you even get the url to that online abrosia. We don't even have a topic on that here.

Youtube video. But seriously I'm an idiot. When I saw "Abrosia" I didn't even think of anything unsafe and just gave it all in.

Should I post the video here so everyone can be aware? I think you should report the video because they're using the name of this website too. It said neocodex something

You should have just asked if it was legit first before putting your information into a website which looks nothing like Neocodex and whose URL was completely different too... :/ You can always contact the staff if you have any questions like that.

Btw, if the password you put into that website is the same as any other accounts on any other website you should change those login details too.
Since they illegally accessed your account and targeted our website and users I've gotten their IP and details from the video they posted on YouTube and I'll give them to Neopets so hopefully they won't be able to steal any other accounts and Neopets will be able to give back anything which was stolen. :/ I'll also give those details to their local police since phishing like this is against the law and hopefully they'll deal with them too. Thanks for letting us know about this, you've helped us to prevent other people from falling victim in the same way.

Its amazing what people will do for a criminal record these days. I mean, seriously, stealing pixels? Really? Is it worth potential anal raping?

Just to clarify for those reading this who aren't in the know, it turned out that it was nullepart who made the account stealer and this whole thing was just a poor attempt by them to spread the link and video around.

Wow remind me not to get on your bad side.

Do you give NP the info as yourself or an anonymous tip? I mean it's not like codex has a great relationship with NPT right? Or do they know we exist?

    Also what's nullepart?
