I need to submit a report ticket 

 

Reason for needing ticket:

I was trying to create a new side account and sat on the page thinking of a username. I finally thought of one, checked to see if it was available, it was and I filled in everything in step 1 only to find it did a "cookie check" when I tried to go to the next step, gave me the same step 1 page, and locked the new account name. I was annoyed but thought I'd try another name. I got all the way to the enter email step when I received the infamous error try again error, locking that username as well. 2 perfectly good usernames now locked. This is why I'm trying to send a report ticket now.

 

Being logged out now, I clicked on contact us, then submit a ticket only to be redirected to the login and sign up page.

So I figured I needed to be signed in in order to submit a ticket. I logged in, click on contact us, waiting a much longer time for the page to load only to be greeted with:

 

 

I figured maybe it was just the account, so I tried 2 of my other side accounts only to see the same thing. Tried a different browser, same thing. Tried clearing cookies, same thing. 

The page works perfectly fine when I'm not logged in, but only does not work when I DO log in.

All I want is those usernames unlocked since there was no reason for the sign up not to work.

Does anyone know what I should do or if they have a fix even for the accounts?

Unfortunately, it seems to be completely random whether or not the contact us / fill in a ticket page works.

I tried this quite recently for an issue, and for several days in a row, that page wouldn't load in any browser, much like the trouble you're encountering right now.

 

Then, on the last day, I decided to give it one final go and, bam, it's loading perfectly!

 

So the best advice I can give you is to keep trying

 

edit: I know you're also asking for solutions to your account problem, not just accessing the ticket page, but your description there is rather precise. Maybe TNT doesn't bother checking here, but they might be able to identify you if you ever do send in a ticket describing a similar problem.

Tickets and account creation have been broken for a while now. Try creating a monkey quest account with the username you want, it'll connects with neopets, so it can be used as a neo account.

Well I signed up on monkey quest with the account name I would like and activated it. However neopets does not acknowledge it as an account.

Anything that might show up who you are is bad. But, if this is a common issue as the others suggest, then I suppose there will be multiple tickets going to them about this very same problem so you'll get lost in the crowd, as it were.

Are you sure the username you're trying to use isn't already taken or locked(both on neo and on monkeyquest)?

As you said that you tried two and now they're locked so you can't use them. If the username is already taken, or it got locked, you can't use it, so you'll need to chose another username.
