Game has ability to not recognize automatic clicks and keyboard automation, How?

I used to run an automated program called ReMouse to automate farming items on another game, but with the newest update it seems to not recognize my clicks from the program.
It also won't recognize the clicks from RS Client, another Auto Clicker.
what updated? the recorder or the game?
what doesnt recognize the clicks? the recorder or the game?
rs client? is this runescape?

Have you tried a different macro program? Perhaps they've programmed the game to recognise when an auto-clicker is open too.
