For some strange reason, the offers page doesn't respond to my clicking, for example switching tabs to "Shop" or "Survey" does nothing. Is it just me?

Using Firefox, hm, odd. I'm afraid I know nothing about computers so I'm not sure whats going on. Anyway, nothing wrong with the site, sorry for bothering you!
EDIT: Found it. It was Adblock Plus. Weird, I thought it didn't block unobtrusive advertising

I was going to say that seems unusual, because I have Adblock activated and mine works, but I only have Adblock, not ABP

I've got AdBlock Plus and it didn't seem to be affect it, perhaps it's one of the list you're subscribed to or something.

ABP has a tab under filter preferences that allows some non-intrusive ads. There is a link to show what ads won't be blocked. I use ABP and love it. You have to make sure that the box for allowing the ads is checked; otherwise it will block. I also use EasyList as a filter, and just a few element blocking rules, like for the mamabar.

To chrome users, that plugin:

have the same config (or just, unactive on specific page).
