"laminate" won three evening draik dresses from the wishing well... I didn't even realize this was possible. Is it? Or is laminate cheating?

I'd guess it was like when their script sometimes malfunctions for the mystery pictures and lenny conundrums and ends up giving out the prizes multiple times.

Why are all their scripts going nuts and it's taking them ages to fix?

 

If there's more to it, such as back end upgrading (I admit I am a moron with IT stuff so...yea) or something, I wish they would just TELL people instead of just saying "Hey, these scripts are broke. They're going to be down until we fix them.......a year from now".

 

I'd rather know why something is happening than just saying it's broken and thinking Neopets is falling apart...

I asked for dark faerie eye shadow (r79), and never got it. And this bitch gets 3 things for one Draik, (which are r89,) for a male draik who can't wear a dress? I call BS on TNT.

Not too sure if thats entirely true. I always wish of multiple times back to back one item after another. I won a few times and each time only 1 item.

If this theory was true, I should have been granted multiple of those items I wish for back to back.

I just think that it's all random based on a pool of people who wished and you can win max twice a day from my experience.
