In my experience, legit RSers get banned sooner than ABers.

I wasn't switching. I just went into the clothes shop to see if i'd be able to snag something, and after ten minutes...BAM! Banned. I heard that bans seemed to be handed out randomly, but this is ridiculous. I hadn't been in any other shop today.

I feel like I get RS banned quicker when I AB for long periods of time at once and/or have low refresh times.

Still. I'm pretty sure AB'ing for ten minutes, unless your refreshing every 1-4 seconds (which I was not), shouldn't constitute a ban, especially one that lasted for more than a day.

It's happened to me before as well.. it *does* seem random when they're handed out like that. Again, nobody is 100% sure how things work.

Same thing happened to me recently. My jaw dropped...I hate being RS banned. It kills me a little inside every time.

There is auto clear in the shops now so it is likely to be a false ban. There is no definite shop/method to determine, though you can check the boards on another account for shop with items (swi)

Although it is possible that it is a real ban
