I just joined this site, and bought the Abrosia package (I am SO done with manual reloading! Way to much effort), I downloaded the program manager aaaand... It won't even run. 

 

Everytime I open the app (after it downloaded) a new window pops up saying its searching for updates and than it crashes. Please tell me how I can fix this!

Grrrrrrr, was able to get it to work, now when I open Abrosia after logging in the start button and everything else is greyed out so I can't click it

Is your neopets login info entered into the login popup?

Sounds like you've changed your password so it's failing to login. Check your login details.

You need to login to the program with your forum username and password, you'll use your neopets info in the actual programs

Did you read the original post? The user gets to the Abrosia screen, so is obviously entering their forum details just fine.

I figured out how to get around it. I have to close the first abrosia screen that pops up and restart it after I log in every time

 

After 3 total hours of running it, 150+ items stocked. Success   given the best item I have stocked is a profit of 2500. 

 

Now the stock pricer wont work (NeonAP), it crashes after it prices a few items (and it prices differently than suggested prices, gotta watch out for that  )

 

Overall, good program. Can watch netflix and restock at the same time

At this rate I would have to AB all day to even hit 100k profit

 

I had set my profit margin at 200NP or higher, does that make it less likely to get a better item (IE it buys the cheaper item in a store where a high value item is also present)?

If you're not using lists (which I assume you aren't considering your rank), Abrosia will always go for the most profitable item first.

I just got my first actually profitable item I turned it on to go eat lunch and of course thats when it finds something good 

Profit is now ~110k for the day (Ive done about 5 hours)

Gr. 2 hours of running today --> supposedly 40k in profit. Turns out the items it bought net me a loss 

 

Oh well, Im doing this mainly to keep my shop stocked, was just hoping it would net some good profit as well

Nope. Yesterday, I checked in, it bought an item it was claiming would be an 11,000 profit (bought 6 of them)... Nope, imda lose 1000 NP on each of them. On the otherhand, I got my first UB, which I didn't know until I went to pricing because the bot estimated its value at like 70kish, instead Im up 300k <  >400k

 

And does anyone else get restock banned fairly quickly? I ran it for all of an hour yesterday (and 13 purchases) and I got restock banned (2nd time I have been)

I used to get RS banned ALL THE FREAKING TIME, but then I took a couple days off and switched shops when I came back and then it was more like every few days instead of every few hours.

Nope... Item has been around for a while. Entry was just way off lol. And I have only autobuyed a total of 3 days, under 10 hours total and I have been restock banned 2x. Im not in any "high risk" shops (save for the magic book shop), and I never spend more than a minute in a given shop.

Haha jellyneo's item db is so much better and restock bans are random lol

Jellyneo tends to be in the general area of price... Some of their items are very off price wise, but same here, so I dont really have a preference. I love the database here, I sniped a few relic PB's by searching for them in the codex database

A lot more people (there's more active legit people than active neocodex people) update the unbuyables so its more up to date in general. Now if we were talking about buyables... that's a different story. It's about the same in reality.
