ENTRIES DUE: 7:00 PM NST Thursday, January 16th

VOTING ENDS:  7:00 PM NST Tuesday, January 21st

 

Welcome to the second Wild Hair Contest, an amazing photography competition started by Kordelia!

 

RULES:

 

1)  THIS CONTEST ACTUALLY DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH HAIR. 

 

2)  Submit a PHOTO representing something that has to do with the theme at the top of this post. Only your creativity limits what entries could actually be.

 

3)  Photos can be either untouched or filtered. THERE IS NO SIZE LIMIT.

 

Aside from these three "rules", general rules such as NOT including your username in your entry, as well as not doing anything that would subvert anything counted among the overall Neocodex rules (illegal stuff, etc., WILL NOT be allowed and WILL be disqualified), should be followed. Please submit your entries to me via message prior to the due date, and it would be greatly appreciated if you submitted your images using imageshack.us or tinypic.com.

Great to see this coming back for a second round I have a question on the theme though. Aren't all shots taken by a camera 'Point of View'? So, to enter, I can just take a shot with my camera and do that? Just want some clarification before going out to do so

Hmm, I guess I want the entries to portray a unique point of view, either using camera technique (e.g. angles) or by showing something that reflects a personal point of view. Do I make sense? xD I don't want to limit the creativity of people too much though, so I decided to leave the theme kind of ambiguous. c:

To you AND @Musician, we won't have a size limit for the photos, since they can be thumbnailed...and as has been pointed out to me, many times, photos must be appreciated in their full form without size reduction in order to appreciate the full impact.

I love this theme as well, this is gonna be fun! Awesome, thank you. I received some message feedback that pretty much showed me why it's not good for a photo contest to have a size limit like this...so yeah.

I love this theme as well, this is gonna be fun!
