First I want to acknowledge my distaste for Electric Imps. Those sneaky bastards are making what is supposed to be an easy quest for me much more tedious than it should be.
Second (and now that I finally remembered to ask ) I'm way too trigger happy and sometimes abandon my exploration and lose quite a bit of progress so is it possible to get a little confirmation window before it goes and abandons everything on me?
I didn't see anything...

Alright now that I have free time...

The elemental cave. I thought "hey maybe a cave will have ore" and went straight there.
Yeah, nothing there (yet). That helps me narrow down the problem, though
Ok, should be fixed. If you could keep an eye out for that happening again, I'd appreciate it
(Also fixed an injection vulnerability while I was there )
And as for the other points you raised, @Elindoril, remember that Electric Imps should only show up in the third room.
And maybe. I'm trying to avoid clientside script as far as possible, so maybe I can add in an additional confirmation page.
