TNT lowered the item numbers asked for. Now he only asks for 1-3 items, so that should help the prices deflate. Good, at least they knew they messed up and fixed it, unlike what they usually do.

You don't need to I believe... it's staggered. I missed three refreshes and I got to do all of them at once.

got a quest with mildly inflated prices, didn't cost me over 5k though for all of the items

Most expensive item was around 20k so far and only needed one. Others were cheap, it's going alright so far.

Jelly neo said that there is a new set of items being asked for, but they aren't posting the items until after the event (due to people saying it was JN's fault for inflation)...

 

Anyone notice and item changed? I know it went from a possibility of 5 items to 3...

I definitely noticed the amount was changed which is awesome. I haven't been paying attention in terms of what type of items though - were elixirs on the list before? I was asked for two kinds and that was the first ever.

I agree with this...except I haven't spent very much at all.

 

What exactly do people expect to receive for the prize at the end? Does anyone think there's another part to all of this?

So first they lowered the amount of items asked and then they changed the items asked. My quest that I refused to do because of inflated items was unchanged. Jellyneo took their list down though and the items that would have cost me 40k+ have fallen to 2k each or so, which is acceptable for me. Don't know if that's because of JN or because the marked was already saturated.

Either I couldn't find the FAQ or I'm just too lazy to look. I'm just guessing it coincides with the number of days the NC event is running with just like with the previous stage with the red/green buttons. Today (March 28) is the 4th day out of 7 possible days. Most people in the boards say that they are past the halfway point.

I'm in the same boat. Only my shell has completed one of them. *sigh* At least my quests are cheap for my shell, and my main has most of the items in my SDB. I just hate the waiting. If this is 4 out of 7 days, I'm glad, then I still have a chance to finish this.
