...that this here Lutari guy and his workshop plot is a tie in for the new Neopets Go app. I mean, War of the Huge Pointy Useless Rock With No Cake Inside was a tie in for the new Batledome, AAA and the new game room, ect.

I heard that JumpStart is good with mobile things, so the app should be very nice and appear soon. I feel like the asking for names was saying they were towards the end of it, and just hadn't thought of a name for it yet. Everyone's hoping it'll re-release Lutari Island, since that was originally for mobile devices.

From what I've gathered the Lutari and the daily puzzle is purely just a little site event, and is not going to be part of a current plot.
It could very well be an app, considering VIACOM sold NeoPets to JumpStart at the beginning of March (which you can verify through the dates they updated their T&C), so they would have had ample time prior and currently to finish developing it and JumpStart is a decent company that has several lucrative projects, so I am sure they have the manpower.

When you say "the new overlords", are you meaning that nickelodeon no longer owns Neopets? I must have missed this some how. I did notice the little banner at the top go missing, but never thought anything of it... hmm..

Actually....
They have been working on the mobile app. Got a bunch of methods skeletoned in. Some functions like dailies and wheels work, and there's a new cool Feed Pet daily

Are you beta testing?? I really hope they will allow you to train your pets on the new App... I'm so tired of having to pinch-finger zoom to the super shop wizard to buy codestones on my iPhone..
