I haven't been on this site forever, cause I stopped playing Neopets. But anyways, I'm bored, so I was trying to get into old accounts.

Unfortunately, you need to also provide a birthday for abandoned accounts. I do not remember what year I put.

Is there anyway I can avoid/bypass that so I won't keep trying and get locked? Or is there a way to figure out?

Thanks in advance.

P.S. You guys banned me from posting status updates 3 years ago, and I see I still am not able to.  :S

I believe you can try submitting a ticket, but other than that you're probably better off making a new account or buying one.

I forgot the birthday to my account once and I think I emailed them. I dug through my old emails and found it I think.

I emailed [email protected] back then, not sure if that's useful now. It was basically the same process as submitting a ticket. They asked me what I knew about the account. Keep in mind that was in April 2009 and they didn't get back to me until July 2010 it seems. They gave me my birthday via ticket form but I got an email and recorded it this time.

The ticket system would tell you the Birthday

but that is if your account is inactive for less than 2 years

If it is more than 2 years, then it will go on the purge list and they will refuse to give you the info

    Personal experience.

If they give me the info, it will not be inactive and the account wont be purged

so i really dont understand their concerns

but that is how it is

like kai said if you havent been on in a while, it's probably "purged". try your birthday, all of your closest familie's birthdays, and the year it was made in. i eventually figured that out for an account for myself, and a few WAYYY older ones that my siblings had. i got into some accounts that are 5+ years old!

Ticket is the only option here.
