And how often do you use them? In what context? Have you ever 'slipped up' and accidentally used a word you shouldn't have? What's your attitude to cursing? Do you curse?

LOL I was thinking to myself while passing out just a few hours ago with a bad headache how much I swear... XD
I never used to swear, but pretty much from Grade 8 I ended up swearing a lot. Teachers swore sometimes and tried to hide it, but lots of us started because it was something we could do and not get in trouble for it. Especially on lunch breaks, it was bad enough for some kids that they thought they were amazing, special types of people who could swear and get away with anything.
Those kids eventually went on to do drugs or smoke in the toilets and other things that were really strictly cracked down on in our school and eventually were expelled.
Most of us though kept swearing due to things like our teachers being late and making us wait to leave school, or for that little short kid who just had to fall over and knock your project off the table on the way out of the class room...
Then we finished school, I'd been with my partner a good 10-11 months and we'd swear a fair bit, too. We'd visit each others house, and she'd learn we swore a lot but it was frowned upon (my step father would swear like a trooper, I on the other hand would get flogged for saying a swear word). At my partners place though swearing was more or less part of their usual language. Her family like to express themselves straight out, no hiding or beating around the bush and basically ever since going through the first few years after high school, pushing through shitty circumstances and beating odds and the rest of it.
We've both come to find solace in the words many don't really condone still...
I voted for the word Fuck because, well... Its just 1 of those words that seems to be easier to express, though the rest definitely work well too.
I also think my Great Great Grandmother had a rather large influence on me too, nearly everything I do is against almost everything she sort of wants. lol
Cunt is most satisfying.
o.O Why does this sound so creepy xD?
Though I semi understand why... ._.

Honestly it depends heavily on what's happening and context.
In general my "favorite" I'll attribute to the profanity I say most often and that is "motherfucker."
My personal favorite though is when someone pisses me off and I call them a "needledick bug fucker." *shrugs*

I curse more often than I should. I probably use fuck the most often, closely followed by bitch and shit.
I've slipped up a few times around kids, but I generally try to be aware of my surroundings before I open my mouth. When I worked in retail, I always got upset with my coworkers when they carelessly tossed around curse words in front of customers, especially those with children. It was embarrassing.

I like the word fucktard but I've toned down my swearing quite a bit because I'm supposed to be "professional" and all that jazz.

I can think of a few reasons.

"Fuck" when I have heated discussions with my husband.
And "Other - Caramba; Caraças; Porra" when my kids are about to make a scene. It's the equivalent in portuguese of a very soft version of "damn".
