Hey guys, just wondering which paint brushes are retired (not including stone and glass)

Im thinking about buying some retired paint brushes and just holding onto them, their price should go up eventually right?

It doesn't matter if they're retired or not. Random events that give out all paint brushes will still give out retired ones. ^^

I don't know if you can still use retired PB's :/ so I doubt they'd go up much.

^ This. You can't use retired PB's, so they won't go up much in price since there is no demand.

You can. I didn't know how many paint brushes are retired but a quick search yields this. Afaik just Glass and Stone are inactive and a bunch more are retired. But as I've said, random events and games that give out paint brushes don't differentiate between retired or not. Otherwise you would be right and the number of total retired brushes would drop as people would use them. But they keep being released into the system, so they won't really rise in price and are subject to any price fluctuations like other items.

On top of that, if you want a particular colour, the lab ray will probably be able to zap it. With a few exceptions (notably royal and baby for pbs) most of the paintable colours are available through the ray.
