Skip the effort of learning Spanish yourself and just get a maid.

 

Or get a mail-order bride to teach them Russian.

I'm more likely to end up a mail order bride, teaching some kid English.

ASL counts as a foreign languange in college. I'd teach them ASL and Spanish because they're both very useful in this country. My friend knows ASL and she gets free ComiCon ticks every year because she's an interpreter.

Teach them French first. If they can handle the stupidly complicated grammar rules that comes with French, they can pretty much learn any language.

My personal experience is that Spanish is easier to pick up than French (but I did Latin for 6 years, and Spanish is closer to Latin than French is, so that might be the reason). Also I think that it's probably more practical since you're in the US.
