Hi guys i just download abrosia and in the attic settings it says between 53 and 54 seconds but that was the old attic system so what am I supposed to do herE? Thanks

The attic part of Abrosia is currently broken, sorry. You can use Val's suite though:

Is there also a guide somewhere regarding main shop settings, how much rf time would be ideal and all that stuff..
