I'm just generally lugubrious so don't tend to have particularly bad days but when I do copious amounts of alcohol usually help, until the next day anyway when I'm hungover and/or forced to be apologetic for something I've probably said or done the night before (and I really don't like apologising so I only do it if it's somebody I actually care that I might have annoyed).

I watched Her the other day and I thought a lot about you :p

I didn't realise they'd made a film about a good looking, funny, northern gentleman. :o

Just can't help thinking about me while watching a completely unrelated film then? I'm flattered but I don't swing that way, sorry. :/

I tend to sleep to deal with any sort of negativity. I'm just incapable of coping with negative emotions and all I can do is completely shut down. I can't manage music or anything because my brain gets to frantic to focus. The Boy is the only one with any chance of getting through to me when I'm upset.

I used to be like this before I discovered yoga.

I used to have a best friend I would tell everything to. Then when she broke up with her bf and moved and found another bf she basically disappeared from my life. She never really knew what to say, and when she did, her advice would typically make things worse, but I always relied on her to be there to talk to. Much like she told me everything when something was wrong. We only talk like once a month now, if that.

Nowadays I listen to music or watch a show I like. Music would be almost anything trance. Shows could be anything I find relaxing at the time. Been feeling a bit down lately so I watched all 3 seasons of avatar

When I'm sad I talk to @Kate because auto correct will inevitably screw me over in some way (Darth Cadet) or she'll talk about something funny to make me laugh :p
