I am extremely scared of drains... It sounds weird, but I have to stand as far away as possible from the drain and wear sandals in the shower because the water on the floor of the shower may be coming into contact with the drain. I also don't like sink drains either, and I don't put my dishes in the sink. I wash them after use so they are never in there. If something valuable fell down the drain, I would never touch it again even if somebody else got it out for me. It would be tainted.

Also, bugs. Any bug, no bug is too small or harmless. I end up running and screaming if a bug gets too close. I just think they're gross.

WHY AM I SO WEIRD???

    My sister has trypophobia.

I have a fear of heights (in a non-secure location. Mostly that someone will be an idiot and push me) and a fear of rejection/failure which often prevents me from doing things (applying for jobs for example) so at least me not succeeding will be on my own terms.

I also have a friend who has a phobia of buttons. Don't know the name for it.

Well let's see besides the usual fear of spiders, heights and clowns I am very weary when a basketball or football comes near me :/

...once I tried to kick it away, tripped over the ball and broke my wrist. I dare you to be more stupid than that >.<

I definitely have a fear of spiders, although I don't think its quite as bad as Adam. xD I dont freeze up, but if its big enough, I squeal and run away.

I also have fear of letting people down. Which is quite unfortunate at times, because it almost makes me like a push-over. I always want to please everyone all the time. I think I actually made a status about not being able to say no to people awhile back.

& I have a slight case of FOMO (fear of missing out).

Hmm... thats all I can think about atm.

Bugs/spiders in general weird me out. I wouldn't say I have a phobia of them but out of everything, those are the things that probably come the closest. I'd totally pay good money for a 100% bug free environment :p

I'm afraid of big spiders. Small spiders don't scare me so much. I am also terrified of bees and wasps. I always feel like I'll die from their stings. :c

One of my biggest fears is dying without falling in love. Call it cheesy, but it kinda sucks to be single for all your life.

I don't think I'm really afraid or have a phobia of anything in particular. There's certain thing I don't really like and would prefer to avoid if given the choice but I'm not really afraid of them. :/

Toilets. Unless it's my own one or I'm used to it. Can't stand others.

I don't mind other toilets unless they're really quiet and there's somebody else in there (unless I'm drunk), some level of social anxiety I guess. :p

I'm still scared of driving over water. Though the panicky stuff is a lot less now over familiar bridges than it used to be.

Lol yeah. I got used to them a bit because there are a fucking ton of them after I moved for university. I don't care about spiders when they're outside but I don't want any big ass ones in my rooms. Just the running kind, not the ones that make webs, those are okay.

I don't think anything particularly these days. I'm not exactly comfortable with moths or spiders or the like and wouldn't choose to be around them but it's not as strong as fear.

Closest things I have are probably complete silence and masks/puppets. But they're mostly an intense discomfort rather than fear.

At least that's not an irrational fear, quite wise actually.                                         k4fmle.gif

I've never really understood arachnophobia apart from of the species which can actually kill you or perhaps the big ones which jump at your face. Other than those (which are fairly rare/non-existent in most places) they're all pretty harmless.

Hairy things with 8 legs that shoot mini spikes at you? No thanks.

I think I've been fortunate to avoid those ones up to now. :p I was thinking more of house spiders and the like.

I'm scared of the dark and of whales. I always have to have a light on somewhere, otherwise I start to see shit that isn't there.

Luckily, I've never seen a whale in real life, but at the museum they have this huge one hanging on the wall, and I have to avert my eyes. It's pretty ridiculous. All fears are ridiculous. But I can't help the way I feel. Sometimes it makes me sick just thinking about whales.

Public restrooms are pretty bad. I have a hard time peeing if there's someone in a nearby stall.

Most dogs are pretty harmless too, yet a lot of people suffer from fear of dogs too. And cats. And basically any phobia.

Glad I'm not the only one who isn't particularly keen on that. :p

All dogs have the potential to cause serious harm even if they don't mean to though so that's relatively understandable and cats are just evil things.

I have this issue with #2 all the time, only at home.

All during middle school and high school, I wouldn't go to the bathroom at school because I was scared and have social anxiety so I would wait until I would get home. I also wouldn't drink anything at school in fear of having to actually use the bathroom.

You'd be surprised how vicious small dogs can be. :p Also, toilets themselves aren't scared, I've hugged many of them in my time.

Cause they are creepy, crawly, nasty things.

The only ones I don't mind are daddy long legs. :D I used to pick them up/play with them when I was little.

I also am terrified of bees/wasps/yellow jackets. Mostly because I got stung by one when I was younger, on my cheek and it swelled up like CRAZY. I couldn't see out of my right eye for what felt like forever. xD
