I open Abrosia, log in, start the program, and within a minute I get this error message:

UnboundLocalError: local variable 'html1' referenced before assignment

 

 

After I close the error message, Abrosia stays open, but the Status bar in the bottom left corner is stuck on Visiting Abandoned Attic.

 

If it matters, I have only the igloo and attic buyers running.

 

I'm currently using the free version, as I want to ensure it work for me before I buy a subscription.

A: The Attic function is currently not working. To Auto Buy from the Attic you can use this program. You will find a guide to this program here and a bunch of lists for the Attic here.

An Alternative option is to contribute to research here by running the fabulous Attic Restock Analyser (by our very own @Dan and @Eefi ). Not only is this a really great way for you to contribute to Codex, but the program also holds a feature that allows you to use the program as an Auto-buyer for the Attic after you have contributed 250 restocks to the database. 

 

Basically, try turning off the Attic setting, then try using Abrosia without. If it still doesnt work, let us know

So it is, but for whatever reason ctrl+f doesn't recognize it when I paste in the entire error message.  I even googled with site:neocodex.us and it wasn't found. I apologize for making this thread prematurely.  Please feel free to delete it if it is that much of a problem.

I'm going to look at the formatting and try to figure out why the ctrl+f didn't work.

It's not spoilered. I used the hr to split them up. I bolded the word 'keyword' in my directions on the guide and mentioned line breaks. I can't get it to ctrl+f more than one line at a time and I'm not sure why.

I know I'm switching gears here, but Napiform you seem like the person who would be able to help me and I don't want to clog up the forum with another new thread.  

 

I downloaded the Valour suite, but when I open the .exe file, I get the screen pictured in this screen shot:

 

 

 A few files appear on my desktop after that, including valorsuite.sav, and .txt documents with what looks like a program log in them.  

 

What am I doing wrong?  I've read through the guide, and I can't figure out how to make the program files auto extract from the original .exe file.

It's doing it right. This is what it's supposed to look like before you add programs.

Did you right click the blank square that's outlined right below "Start" to input your account information?

You have to add your Neopets account to it before you are able to use the programs in it.

Well, I'm thoroughly embarrassed  .  Thank you both for your help!

Back again with probably another dumb question...

 

The program files did not extract anywhere after running the .exe.  I tried extracting them manually, but that just gave me three useless files.  

 

I've managed to make it as far as this screen by adding my account then adding the AAAAutobuyer:

 

 

 

As you can see, it looks nothing like the screen shots from the guide.  There is no 'load list' button anywhere.  Also, how to I stop it from moving all the NP I have on hand directly to the bank?
