Recently,I found that I have a ollllddd accounts with a uc in it 6_e

 

though I need the bday to log in...is there any birthday cracker?

how long have you not logged into the account? it must've already been on the purge waiting list or something.

couldn't you just sent them the reset password through email thing ? that's much more easier. Or you have no access to the email also

Yeah, generally they ask about the email account as well etc. Screenshots help so they know it's not an unreg.

True. I've gotten an account back this way. Provide them with some items that you remember in your inventory / SDB. Provide your email, how much you have in the bank (if any),  NP you have on hand, Illusen's Glade / Jhordas Bluff you can tell them what quest level (if applicable). If you know enough information about the account you should be able to get it back without a problem. The more you remember the better chances you'll have of getting it back.

If it's been like five years since you were last in the account there's a good chance it's being purged. I recently tried to do that with one of my old accounts, gave them a lot of information, old emails it might've been in but they said it's currently in the process of being purged.

In the process.. as if it's some mystical procedure that takes time and isn't able to be stopped or reversed.
