yes, it does work with proxy. I used 4 different proxies with it and no problem, unless i entered the proxy in wrong (which I did a couple time)

Yes, lots of people have dupes in accounts including me, BUT it is quite impossible to actually exchange the dupes for neopoints, because putting the high end dupes on trade/auctions is like an instaban.
Why? Because users check the account holding it, and unless its a BA account they report it? Or is the item ID number checked on every item that enters the TP?

If it helps, I gave away 4 free MSPPs around 2-3 weeks after dupefest and none of the 5 accounts involved were frozen to this day. Not sure if TNT has bigger fish to fry or just lazy.
