I have not had to shave in like a week. This feels both great, and disgusting at the same time. My beard isn't very thick, but it's more than I'm able to have while I'm forced to be in uniform.

My grandma has been telling me about all the health issues she's been having and I'm really afraid of my grandma dying. I've already been to the lowest point in my life and i know if she died I'd be at that place again and I don't ever want to be there a second time, I wish people could live forever so I would never have to deal with that kind of pain. She was basically my mother before my mom learned how to be a mother. She's the one who saved me from CSA,  She's the only constant thing that i could depend on in my life. Ugh, I need to stop being so morbid.

my grandma passed away a little over a year ago and she was like a second mum to me too. she was in russia and i was in australia. as soon as my mum found out the news that she has stage 4 liver cancer, she dropped everything and went up to russia to see her for her final moments. i had the chance to talk to her on the phone on a thursday and then she had passed away on the sunday i was a wreck for a good few months after that.. everything i did just reminded me of her she was my everything and it sucked that i couldn't say goodbye properly and give her a big hug and kiss..

the only advice i can give you is just to cherish every moment you have with her.. one day you will be able to tell your own grandkids stories about your grandma and they too will love you as much as you love her

everyone's time comes eventually and it really sucks ass.. the worst thing you can do is not say goodbye or spend valuable time with someone you love.

Yeah I definitely need to make more of an effort to see her. I'm going to LA to see her pretty soon because I haven't seen her since Christmas.
