Anyone else have the problem with a manual shop list not working?

The list i'm using is literally the entire possible restock list designed so i can clear a couple rows. Nothing buys.

 

If noone else has this problem, what can i do to either fix the problem?

or

clear a shop without simply logging into neopets and manually clearing and then ABing?

I use Manual list and I can buy items from shop.

 

Maybe the shop number is wrong?

or the format of the list is wrong?

select settings to manual list?

 

I do not clear shops but the list should work

Not sure what happened, but the option just suddenly started working. 

 

Literally nothing was changed...except a full restart. 

 

If others have the same problem, the solution might be to just restart.
