First, context: So I just started playing during the December 15th sign-ups and have been loving it so far - I've been following the glass cannon bible and grinding away in Coliseum ever since. It had been feeling like an impossibly slow start until lo and behold - I won a buttload of treasure and a couple beautiful Coatls because of some incredibly generous Codexians!
Here's a run-down of how I immediately and over-excitedly spent a good chunk of it, if you're curious (or just bored enough).
1. Bought a few might stones through auction. I thought it was going to take hours upon hours of Shock Switch to be able to afford just the first ones. 
2. Bought a tri-color Scatterscroll for my second first-gen derg (wow, this lingo) and lucked out with a combination that matches my flight colors really well.
3. Scourged the auction house for genes and played around with "Predict Morphology" until I found the perfect look for my first dragon - ended up splurging and bought all three genes I was pining for. Applied them to my first-gen immediately. I don't regret a thing!
4. Bought a couple breed change scrolls for both of my first-gens - I'm a sucker for Skydancers.
Now I'm just training in Coliseum with my freshly pimped-out team and loving the difference the battle stones make. Excited to see what the higher levels hold.
