Hi there Account Frozen!

I'm just emailing to say that I had a great time in the Neolodge,
and now it's time for me to checkout and go back to Neopia.
Thanks for being the best owner ever; I hope all the other Neopets are jealous! :)

See you soon,

xxxxxx

Look at this stupid email I got on the 17th...

Just a reminder that my account was frozen, UGH!!!!!

But when I try to log in on the account that is apparently frozen, I get the bad password page.

"Incorrect Password. Please enter the correct password to continue"

I don't understand... shouldn't it tell me why I was frozen?

If you have any hope of getting the account back, erase any references to it. :p

I got that same message when my account was frozen. I find it odd, but funny.

On the original post you made, click 'Edit' along the bottom, and erase/take out/delete your Neopet's name (and replace it with something like '[name redacted]', if you like).

It's associated with that frozen account, and now with Neocodex... which isn't a good thing if you want the account back. :p

Yes. I heard people that did nothing wrong getting frozen or they couldn't log in. Sounds like a nightmare. Luckily I was not one of those people.

It should tell you why you were frozen. I've been iced multiple times. "You were found cheating on flash games!" Review scores are scary. I literally thought I was a goner a couple of times. I speed hacked one by x6 and then the other one I sent in a score too fast.

After the change to Jumpstart, those pages that tell you why you were frozen no longer come up, from memory. It just presents you with an incorrect login page instead.

It show that the new owner who take over neopets don't even care and bother..... frozen mean frozen...... there is NO NEED to write a reason why you get freeze or so. Argh! :(

wow good job jumpstart for rubbing it in that your neopets are actually still alive, just owner-less and will starve without you.
