It's generally a pop up that comes up the next time you access any page of Neopets. If you didn't receive it yet, you were probably in the majority that didn't due to TNT pulling the script that runs the gifts. There was a bug with giving out the items and it was awarding multiples to certain accounts, hence why they removed it until a later date (IF they can ever fix the rest of the site).

Yea, there was a major bug giving out extra items. A lot of people got double or triple the amount. I personally somehow got 7 times the amount? 2.1k NC is nice anyday, but I think they'll remove it so I'm not going to spend anymore of it. Only spent 200 NC so far (So I should be safe)

I would have spent it all to transfer NC items to my main account, but I don't want my side or my main to be frozen for that. We'll see if I still have all the NC in a week or so. If I do then I'll probably spend it all and send stuff to my main.

Yup, sure did, on all of my accounts that missed out last week

It kinda sucks for me because I let Program Manager run when they were awarding prizes so I only got one set. I wish I could've received double or triple the amount. Then again I'm also curious as to what would've happened to my account had I spent it all.

Sounds like someone at TNT is manually pressing the "yes give out NC" button once per account to prevent duplicate NC...
