So, how weird is this. I was clicking on the NC mall and when it loaded it showed me like I was logged into a different account entirely. At the top it had the account name, their amount of neopoints and NC. It wasn't any of my own accounts. Once I clicked anywhere else it showed back to my original account. I wondered if it was a Neopets bug.

 

Edit: It is still doing it. I checked somewhere else and a lot of people are getting the same person. That poor guy, whoever he is. xD

This bug has happened before. I think the database doesn't match the NC logins with the regular logins properly, so shows another account. Out of courtesy, you should probably avoid spending their NC, because you wouldn't be getting it anyways.

Ps: this is not the first time I've heard of this. Not sure how risky it is but maybe you should send them a bug report.

Out of courtesy, you should probably avoid spending their NC, because you wouldn't be getting it anyways.

 

Thankfully you need a password to spend NC as you know there's someone out there who would spent it anyways just because.

This has frequently stopped me from spending waaaay too much of my own NC. Do I need all of these accessories? Probably not...

Oh yeah I remember this problem, as it was mentioned that NC cannot be spent anyway but it's a bit crazy that half of Neo now knows how much that one person has on hand 

 

I'm surprised that you're even able to get to the NC Mall. I've been having a weird error come up saying I'm too young to view that part of the site. Uhhhh surely not.

I'm getting something along those lines.  Haven't been able to get into the NC Mall at all ... just tells me I need to have a gender to access it (and at the top it isn't my info at all some other name and np amount and all).  I went and looked at my settings and I tried to change it and it told me I can't use foul language. I have a poem (for as long as I've had the account I think) and it's never been an issue til this glitch stuff. 

 

Would love to spend all that new NC I got :-\  Is there any fix to that or is it just if or when they fix it?

Wonder if it was a big name user, or just some regular person no one heard of.
