I have had items bought on ambrosia then when I check neopets the item is not there it has happened twice in the last week, one was a nice item the other time 4 mid level items were not there, was wondering if this has happened to anyone else

did you check your shop and sdb? what are your settings?

checked sdb and store have been using ambrosia for a few years was just wondering if this was happening to others, if there was a glitch

If you have been using it for a few years, you would know the program's name.

Also, are you checking the correct account? Be sure to know which one you are logged into, so you know where the items are going.

I'd say it could also be due to how screwed up the site has been as well as a random event. Usually, though, doesn't Abrosia record random events? So if the items had been taken due to an RE, wouldn't Abrosia show something like:
Random Event: XXXXXX

 

Unless Abrosia isn't recording RE's anymore.

After the RE was revamped, Abrosia dont show any RE, if i am not wrong

Ah, that's right. I'd be nice if we could somehow fix that part of Abrosia. Not sure how hard it would be though. 

 

I'd say most likely an RE then that you missed. The site is having issues, but usually things turned up after a while, it was just a really long lag.

To stay on topic, @Satsuki is more than likely right with the RE theory. They currently are not logged by Abrosia since they changed the way they are displayed on site. @Pyro699 might be able to come up with a possible fix for this if someone can get him the source code for the page WITH an RE popup on it.

 

If it was an RE that *poofed* them from your account, it sucks for sure. It would not be anything the program is doing, that's for sure. Be sure to set regular intervals for your item management and have the items sent frequently to your SDB/Shop. Over extended times of ABing, you are more susceptible to losing items via RE's if they are left in your inventory.

I doubt you could fix this problem of RE's taking/destroying items, but it would be nice if you were able to see if RE's worked/are reported within Abrosia again

 

Like I said though, I'm guessing you'll need a page source of the RE popup, right?

Not the most exciting event, but had a scratchcard given to me by some creeper Wocky.

I assume any RE will do though?

It would be super handy if RE's were reflected in Abrosia, I had an item go missing and I thought it was weird that I couldn't find it my shop or SDB so I figured I was unlucky enough to get the pant devil or something. We will never know.

 

I will copy a source code of an RE the next time I receive one!
