Hi, I'm trying to put #template_nav what is on top of my lookup and try to place it between my header picture and my upfollowing text/pictures. Anyone knows how to do this and in having the time to help me out?

so to be more specific.

I'm trying to place #template_nav after

between my first

and my second

I think you need to delete the original neopets navigation and change it into a new one.
