It's some random RE, that a lot of people got within a minute. I was at uni's clothing shop, someone was at stamp, and a lot of other people got it from other shops

Seeing as that's a random event, they might have programmed it to show only once every day. The fixed links are different.

Edit: I take it back. Use the links from jellyneo. This time got an option of which negg to choose!

So the plastic neggs are in set locations while the gift baskets are random.

Looks like they were full shit when they said this was active last night.  No surprise.
