For my final nomination I choose Pikachu @Padme for her near daily activity in the forum (and quality of said posts) and participation in contests both as a contestant and host. While I may not actively participate in all the topics she's created, I am quite interested in the subject matter and following discussion she inspires in many of her threads. A helpful, generally friendly soul whom I could not think of Codex without thinking of her & her contributions to the site.

I have zero shame in saying that this made me tear the heck up. Dude. All the crying emojis. May the force be with you.

I nominate: @ortin for never ceasing to surprise me with his bountiful amount of knowledge, and tact.

@Drakonid for consistently keeping up with what is expected of a ^_retarded retired member, and being ever so sarcastic while simultaneously bringing joy to the masses.

@Scot for serving our country in the Air National Guard. He has sworn to protect the good ole Nøbama, and our wonderful constitution.

Can I have that damn award now? I've nominated 3 people every month for the past forever and I never get it!

Happy now?

Happy now?

Spoiler

Not for the faint of heart.

@Satsuki On top of the account giveaways, I almost always see you helping out the newbies, answering questions left unanswered (if not you're probably the first one to come to the rescue). And you don't instantly piss me off. Kudos.

@Padme Your random questionaires don't bore me. In fact, it's the opposite. They wake me up. Snapchatting you is fun. And you don't instantly piss me off. Kudos.

@AoKnight We almost have zero interests in common and we almost never talk but there is one thing I'm 100% of: I'm obsessed with your creative writing blogs (and some of your MeinCraft blogs because they're detailed and pleasant to read when I commute). You really have a knack for the light novel genre and with a little more editing/review/practice, you can surpass those self-proclaimed writers (like me ) who published a work or two. And you don't instantly piss me off. Kudos.

I'd give you one of my freshly baked chocolate chip cookies if I could right now =3

Aww. Thank you, sir. This truly means to world and more to me.

If you're ever my way I hope you'll do me a solid and allow me to buy you a cuppa or pint or something.

I'd like a cup of fresh blood from several newborn babies.

Please and Thank You.

- Of those 3 nominees, none of them must be staff members (moderators+admins) who won within the last six MOTM's.

I actually have no clue who the staff members are. Is that info available in any particular page?

All the same, not gonna avoid nominating someone just for the sake of an award.

I nominate

Satsuki: For wonderful stuff going on with FR, one of these days I will take up the offer of joining when everything is made as easy and convenient. Posts often and often one of the first people to welcome newcomers in their intros.

Aoknight: For generosity with FR things in general but also with competition prize donations. Comes up with long replies that really engage on the threads. Possibly the most frequent blogger here.

Padme: Stimulates forum activity with her quizzes and discussions. I think we all had quite a bit of fun with her Harry Potter quiz and I caught a glimpse of another one coming up that I haven't had the chance to do yet. Really interesting way to break the ice for newcomers but also for regulars to get to know each other better. Super active on chat.

I SWEAR I DIDN'T. I just checked my past nomination, I totally qualified for the award already as it is.

Aw thank you

I'm just happy to be able to help out with the community any way I can, but it truly means a lot that you've noticed my efforts.
You rock. Thank you so much.

One day left to nominate!

[Padme]

I went out tonight so I nominate my piece of pizza for being:

a) the best wingman

b) coming home with me

c) making sweet sweet love to me

bonus: Letting me finish first
